Another Mega Project is Getting Closer to Completion and is Drawing More Attention to Properties in Istanbul

Each day another mega project in Istanbul is being completed and positively changing the order of the city. One of these projects is the The Eurasia Tunnel that will connect the Asian and the European sides of Istanbul together under the Marmara Sea, is almost completed. Properties in Istanbul that are located around the entry points of the tunnel have already been positively affected by this mega project.
Mayor of Fatih District Mr. Mustafa Demir visited the project and the project manager Necil Engür informed the Mayor on recently completed parts of the tunnel. Demir also mentioned that the project is considered as a “Vision Project” by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
There are 900 employees who work on this mega project and 85% percent of the project is completed. When the tunnel is finalized it will connect Kazlıcesme from European side to Göztepe on the Asian side, where the urban transformation rapidly continues and where many new luxury properties in Istanbul are being built. The Eurasia Tunnel has also been given the award “Project of The Year” by International Tunneling and Underground Space Association.
