Being so centrally located, you'll be amazed at how convenient public transportation will be to go around the city. Our place is located on a very silent street providing a very tranquil atmosphere. Once out the door, you're right by the Bosphorus!

Our newly built guest house has 6 different flats ranging from 32 to 35 m2 comfortably accomodating 2 people. Each has private bathroom & kitchen.

The washing & drying machines are in the common area.

There is Wi-Fi connection all throughout the building with unlimited usage of broadband internet and reliable, fast, strong signal.
Heating is with natural gas.
24 hour hot water.

I will welcome my guests to show them the flat. 

If they are facing any problems during their stay, I will always be available to help.

Situated along the coastline of the Bosphorus Strait & right by the the main transportation hub offering all the public transportation to anywhere in Istanbul.

Our street is very tranquil, so it makes our location quite unique in the sense of being right in the middle of everything, but with no disturbance at all. 
It is a safe neighbourhood, close to Taksim, Golden Horn, Galata and all the touristic sights such as the Sultanahmet, Hagia Sofia & other historic landmarks.

Getting Around

The flat is very conveniently located very close to all means of transportation; trams, buses, and sea transportation, we are only a few steps from the Findikli Tram station and Kabatas Ferry pier!
Istanbul Modern Art Museum is just 5-10 min walk away.
Dolmabahce Palace is just 10 min walking distance. 
Karakoy is again a nice neighborhood to discover, 15 min walking distance.
Findikli tram station is right across the street; just 10 steps away from where:
-15 minute tram ride will take you to the major sites like Haghia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. 
With just 3 minute walk you reach Kabatas, the main transportation hub from where; 
-Just 2 minute funicular ride will take you to Taksim, the other main transportation hub of Istanbul.
-You can take ferries from Kabatas to the Asian side of Istanbul and to the Princess Islands.
-All the public buses take off from Kabatas as well.
