The New Metro Line Will Positively Affect Some of the Properties in Istanbul
Recent development on the underground rail systems constantly affect the prices of properties in Istanbul and the new 17.3km long Vezneciler-Sultangazi metro line will be one of the primary reasons on major price changes on the market.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality started the construction of Vezneciler-Sultangazi metro line that will be composed of 15 stations, starting from Vezneciler and pass through Edirnekapı, Eyüp, Gaziosmanpaşa districts. The new line will have an important role in all rail system networks due to its integration with other lines such as Hacıosman - Yenikapı, Mecidiyeköy - Mahmutbey, Kazlıçeşme - Söğütlüçeşme and İncirli – Söğütlüçeşme metro lines.
Vezneciler-Sultangazi metro line is planned to be completed in 2019 and it is already showing its effect on houses for sale in Istanbul, especially in Eyüp and Gaziosmanpaşa districts due to other developments in these areas as well.
