Foreigners Looking for Central Locations to Invest in İstanbul
Authorities revealed that when the foreign investors from the Arab Gulf want to invest in İstanbul, their first choice is İstanbul’ European side. Also Anadolu Agency reported that the district covering Taksim square to Atatürk International Airport is the most preferred area to invest real estate in İstanbul among real estate investors from Arab Gulf region.
Recently the Turkish Statistical Institute released an index and it shows that in the first half of 2015 the number of house purchased by foreigners has risen 22% percent compared to last year’s numbers and the number of house purchased in İstanbul has risen 36% percent in the same period. Experts also states that, when foreigners want to buy property in Istanbul, they look for central locations, residence and housing projects that presented by notorious brands.
